A partition dividing the old living and dining room was removed and the ceiling was raised. New flooring, lighting, sound system and paint.

The walnut sideboard is ably supported by 4 pieces of angle iron originating behind the wall and drilled into the shelf.

The old family room was converted into a comfortable library. New front door and flooring.

The old garage was converted into the new family room. Matching double French door units on both end walls. Raised ceiling, added lighting, bookcases and surround sound. Desk area and storage closets are out of view.

The back porch used to be covered by a low slope shed roof. This would have killed the view of the back yard from the new family room. The roof and the old patio were removed. A serious drainage problem was fixed and this stone patio was completed.
