This project received NARI's 2007 National Contractor of the Year (Coty) award for Residential Addition $100K - $250K.
Before
The attached deck was removed and a 350 sq. ft. ofice and laundry room expansion were added to the first floor. The ceiling was engineered to support a lightweight concrete deck with custom metal rail and stair system.
The owners' desks face out to their beautifully landscaped backyard and a neighborhood common area.
